Contact form

When you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, your message and the selected language. The sole purpose is handling and answering your enquiry.

Messages are stored in a database run by an external service provider; the servers are located in Switzerland (Zurich region). We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and do not pass them on for advertising purposes.

To guard against automated mass submissions, we briefly count how many enquiries arrive from one connection. No IP address is stored in plain text — only a check value that changes every hour, and the entries are deleted after one hour.

Location request on the Where to buy page

On the Where to buy page you can display retailers near you. Your location is requested only after your click, processed in your browser only — for the distance calculation and the dot on the map — and is neither transmitted to us or to third parties nor stored. The map itself is loaded from this website and embeds no external map service.

Hosting and server logs

The main hosting of this website is in Switzerland (Zurich). A content delivery network (CDN) is used for delivery; when pages are requested, technical data may be generated — such as IP address, time and page requested — which is processed to deliver and secure the service.

No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics services. Fonts, images and videos are loaded directly from this website.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act you have, in particular, the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. To do so, contact info@mineralquellen-mels.ch.
